How we create LeadRilo guides
The LeadRilo blog exists to help service businesses win more jobs from the leads they already have. Here is how we research, write, and hold every guide accountable.
Grounded in how service businesses actually operate
Every guide is built from real lead-to-revenue workflows — capturing leads, responding fast, following up, and closing jobs. We write for the owner or operator who has to make this work on a Tuesday afternoon, not for a whiteboard.
Honest data, always
We never invent statistics, fabricate customer results, or attribute quotes to people who did not say them. When we reference an industry pattern (like speed-to-lead), we label it as an illustrative pattern and note that exact figures vary by industry. Any product outcome we describe is framed as what the system is designed to do, not a guarantee.
Written and reviewed by the LeadRilo Editorial Team
Our guides are published under the LeadRilo Editorial Team. We do not create fictional individual experts, fake headshots, or invented credentials. Drafts are reviewed for accuracy, clarity, and alignment with these standards before they go live.
Updated when the guidance changes
Playbooks age. When a tactic, benchmark, or best practice changes, we revise the article and update its date rather than leaving stale advice in place. Guides that have been revised show an "Updated" date at the top.
Corrections
If you spot something inaccurate or out of date in a guide, we want to fix it. Reach out through our contact page and tell us which article and what needs correcting. We review every report and update the article if the correction holds up.
