Billing & Cancellation Terms
How LeadRilo subscriptions are billed, how renewal works, how to cancel, and what happens to your data afterward.
The short version
- Plans are billed on a recurring basis and renew until you cancel.
- You can cancel from your account; cancellation stops future renewals.
- You can export your data — we do not lock you in.

1. Subscriptions
LeadRilo is offered on subscription plans. Prices and plan features are shown on our pricing page. Payments are processed securely by Stripe.
2. Automatic Renewal
Subscriptions renew automatically for the same billing period (for example, monthly or annually) until cancelled. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method until you cancel.
3. Cancellation
You can cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops future renewals; it takes effect at the end of your current paid period, and you keep access until then. We use clear, honest cancellation — no hidden steps or dark patterns.
4. Refunds
Except where required by law, payments are generally non-refundable, including for partial periods. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us and we will review it in good faith.

5. Free Trials
If a free trial is offered, we will tell you its length and what happens when it ends. We will not misrepresent trial terms.
6. Price Changes
We may change prices or plans. For existing subscriptions, we will provide reasonable advance notice of a price change before it takes effect at your next renewal.
7. Your Data After Cancellation
Your records remain yours. Before or shortly after cancellation you can export your customer data. After a limited wind-down period, data is deleted or anonymized unless we must retain it for legal reasons. See the Privacy Policy and Data Rights page.
We will not make your own records impossible to obtain in order to keep you subscribed.
